Confirmed Service Customer
I had my car there the night before. It was not looked at until i called at 10 am . Told me they do the customers waiting first. Then they call back and tell me it was a collision. AND I KNOW IT WASNT. The bumper on drivers side was coming loose and the bolt needed to be tightened. My car was never in an accident. and it had scratches on the passenger side and in the back wheel well. But that would have never caused the bumper to do that a year and half later. If my car was in an accident i have insurance and would of filed a claim. I will fix the problem myself. They just did not want to take time to fix this and it would NEVER cost $1200.00 to fix. So very very unsatisfied with customer service.

The car was done in a timely fashion and we made an appointment to go back for inspection.
