I had my car there the night before. It was not looked at until i called at 10 am . Told me they do the customers waiting first. Then they call back and tell me it was a collision. AND I KNOW IT WASNT. The bumper on drivers side was coming loose and the bolt needed to be tightened. My car was never in an accident. and it had scratches on the passenger side and in the back wheel well. But that would have never caused the bumper to do that a year and half later. If my car was in an accident i have insurance and would of filed a claim. I will fix the problem myself. They just did not want to take time to fix this and it would NEVER cost $1200.00 to fix. So very very unsatisfied with customer service.

I purchased an Equinox EV. Seems like it will be a great vehicle for me. There is a lot to learn to be able to fully take advantage of it. Chevrolet might work on how to better help new owners of EVs more readily learn. Also, my one negative experience was with OnStar - the welcome call seemed to be a waste of everyone���s time and the many emails afterwards from OnStar left me quite confused about what services OnStar provides and when they go away.
